Welcome to FaithableInks! You do not need to be an experienced crafter to make something meaningful. Here is how to turn your digital purchase into a little beauty for your faith journey.
Choose the right kind of printable
Ready-to-print files: Download the PDF or image files included with your purchase and follow the listing's printing instructions. These files are not necessarily editable.
Editable Canva templates: Products labeled as Canva templates include access to designs you can personalize in Canva. Read the listing to see what can be edited and whether a Canva account or premium features are required.
Access your purchase
Use the email address you want your purchase information sent to at checkout. Follow your product's delivery instructions and check your inbox for download access after successful payment. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Your download might contain finished print files, a ZIP folder, or a PDF with template links. The product description explains what is included. Save a copy somewhere easy to find.
Personalize your Canva wall art
For our three-design Prayer Room Canva collection, open the access PDF and select a template link. Choose “Use template” or “Use template for new design” when prompted, then sign in to Canva. Replace the “Custom Text” wording with your name, family name, or short phrase. Check spelling before downloading.
Each of the three designs is edited and downloaded separately. Shopify does not automatically add your name to the artwork.
Print with confidence
Check the size and file format in your product listing before printing. Start with one test page on ordinary paper. Use paper that works with your printer and project, and remember that colors may look different on screen and on paper.
For an accurately sized PDF, choose Actual Size or 100% when appropriate. Check the PDF's page dimensions first. For the Prayer Room collection, the artwork has an 8 × 10-inch ratio, but you should verify the exported PDF's physical size before printing.
A few helpful answers
Will something arrive in the mail?
Products labeled as digital downloads or Canva templates are digital items. Physical prints, frames, and craft supplies are not included unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
Do I need Canva for every purchase?
No. Canva is needed for items sold as Canva templates, not simply to print every PDF or image file. Check the individual listing for requirements. Premium fonts or features may require a paid Canva plan.
What if a template link will not open?
Try opening the access PDF in a PDF reader, or copy the displayed link into Safari instead of opening it inside a social media app.
